some people think that no risk at all can be found if you build a new nuclear power reactor nowaday because all risk are already measured and anticipated properly by the new edition of power plant. but you should know that subscribing to a number of energy magazine is not the same with taking risk of building large large power plant. and nobody can predict and measure properly significant engineering risk which cannot be calculated at all, in particular with respect to a number of natural disaster.
